Flowed nozzles and Main Jet sets
Main Jets are flowed to ensure the next size up flows more than the previous size. Nozzles are flow matched. Computer printouts certify the work and are included.
Bracket racing pumps should tested at the end of each season.
Any system that has to be steadily richened up over time to keep the power up and consistent has a pump wearing.
Every fuel injection pump, lines and nozzle combination have
different flow characteristics. As a result, what works on your
Buddy's car is not correct for yours. Flowing is the only way to
solve this riddle and get down the track effectively the first pass.
Based on your complete car combination we flow test and
provide you with a baseline tuneup and the information needed
to fine tune the system effectively. During this procedure we will
recommend any parts changes necessary to repair, improve or
update the system.
Blueprint Setup & Flow Testing
Critical components are ultrasonic cleaned. Pump is flow tested and
documented (rebuilding is extra). Nozzles are flow matched and the
main jets are flowed to ensure a given size flows more than the
previous smaller size. Bypasses, BV, fittings are inspected, modified
and set as needed. Butterflies are reset and BV baseline leak down
is set.
System is final flowed with different main and/or HS combinations
to provide you with tuning information. Computer print outs that
certify the work are included. Instructions, tips and hints are
included. After the sale phone consultation is included.
Parts and any other related repair/assembly labor are not included.
We don't actually need the manifold itself for this operation.
We need the hat w barrel valve, fuel pump, shutoff, all bypasses, high
speeds, main jets, nozzles, filters, distribution block, lines.
Number the hoses or hard line by cylinder number. The nozzle
bodies/holders can remain with the manifold.
In other words, send everything but the manifold and nozzle bodies.
It is up to you which way is the least amount of hassle.

This service is available for normally aspirated engines only. You will be started on
the rich side of the curve so you can back into the tuneup.
This is not an instant microwave internet thing. Based on the workload at the time it
will take anywhere from 2 to 10 working days to complete. For improved accuracy
we still recommend that at least the pump should be flowed in order to know it's
actual capacity versus what it is advertised to be.
Flow testing is the only way to get it right but there is another possibility.
For those that believe that their fuel pump is in tip top shape, are willing to learn and do
tuning and are just looking for a place to start we offer the Virtual Tune up.
When you purchase this option you will receive, via email, an extensive, in depth question
sheet to fill out and return. From this information we can derive what your combination
should be capable of. We will email you a report with the suggested nozzle size and main
jetting starting points for the track conditions you state along with a predicted power
curve. You will also receive a pdf file with a ton of information on tuning the combination.
